This is an excellent article on a piece of Americana that the residents of Canterbury should read and savor. Mark Stevens is an excellent historian and his curiosity and perspicacity are legend in Canterbury. I hope someday soon that the Canterbury Historical Society will publicly recognize him for his very large contribution to our Town’s history and its civic pride.
