News from CES: Canterbury Elementary School held a special art contest for 2nd-4th graders to design a badge for the town’s Tricentennial celebration in 2027. While all of the entries were inspiring, 3rd grader Peter stole the show with his winning design! His badge will be proudly worn by all Canterbury police officers during the Tricentennial year — a true honor! A commemorative version of the badge will also be displayed at the historic Sam Lake House for generations to admire. Way to go, Peter!
