I looked the old website better; this one seems very plain and a bit hard to understand. Also, the information on the Jeremiah Pickard House isn’t quite right. There are a few years of ownership missing between 1923 – 1974. The house in the picture named Rose Cottage and The Mudge family lived there from 1964 till 1978.
I’m sorry you find this new website difficult to understand. It is just starting up and will improve with your and other’s comments. Can you please provide some specific information that would make it easier for you?
With regard to the Pickard House – I’ll reach out to the author of that work and pass on your comments.
