EXHIBIT OPEN IN SEPTEMBER

We are pleased to report that on Canterbury Fair Day we had record numbers of visitors to both the Houser Center One Room Schoolhouse and to the opening of our newest exhibit entitled “Canterbury Eclectic-Selections From Our Archive Collection.” The exhibit, located in the Elkins Memorial Building, will be open on Saturday mornings starting on September 9th from 10 A.M. to Noon. Please come see this wonderful show spanning years from before the Civil War to contemporary times. You will see a unique representation of Canterbury history and its wonderful people.

We invite you to visit to explore this entire website and the many blog posts where you will see (and find) an ever expanding display of postings reflecting the many aspects of Canterbury life, past and present, as well as the wide breadth of subjects and initiatives our Society is working on. Needless to say, we are always seeking individuals who share our enthusiasm and wish to help. For more information email us at canterbury.nh.historical.society@gmail.com
